RETURN PERIOD

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery or purchase, subject to the terms below:

CONDITION OF ITEMS FOR RETURN:

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase must be provided:

A receipt, order confirmation, or packing slip is typically required for a return.

METHOD OF REFUND

• Refunds are usually issued to the original payment method.
• In some instances we may offer you credit or should you wish and exchange of item.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

• Due to the delicate nature of these products and the imperative to take good care of your jewellery, we can only accept that an item is defective or faulty, within a 2 week period from purchase.
